Mr. McCutcheon was named CEO in December 2009. Prior to Ovoca Mr. McCutcheon was a partner at DBM Capital Partners, an investment manager and corporate finance boutique specializing in the mining sector of Russia and the former Soviet Union. He also worked at several investment banks such as Bear Stearns, Aton Capital and Pioneer Investments as an award-winning metals and mining sector analyst and as an investment banker. He was one of the first analysts in Russia to write about its gold mining sector and he has advised numerous international gold mining companies on M&A, business development, and Russian business practices.

Mr. Golovanov joined Ovoca as a corporate advisor in 2007 and moved to be the manager of the Company’s Russia representative office in 2009. During his time at Ovoca he played a major role in the development and subsequent sale of the Goltsovoye silver deposit. He has extensive experience in mining and corporate law, as well as working experience at leading Russian enterprises, such as Gazprombank and Vneshekonombank. Additionally, he was a department manager in the Federal Service on Bankruptcy and Finance Restoration – a subdivision of the Russian Federation Ministry of Finance.

Ms. Radchenko joined Ovoca as a financial advisor in 2007 and participated in the sale of Goltsovoye in 2009. She has over a decade of experience in the financial management of both Russian and international companies, including working in the finance departments of such companies as OAO Volganeft and OAO TverUniversalBank.

Mr. Pakhomov joined Ovoca in 2006 and in 2010 relocated to Magadan to lead Ovoca’s operations there. Prior to Ovoca he was mine manager and Vice President of the Navoi GOK uranium mine in Uzbekistan (one of the largest uranium mines in the world) where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of mine operations, as well as relations with community and government organizations. He was also the mine manager for Dalpolymetal, a polymetallic lead-zinc-silver mine in the Primorye Region, Russia.

Mr. Tsopanov joined Ovoca in 2006 on the back of a long and successful career as a geologist. Prior to Ovoca Mr. Tsopanov was the Head Geologist for OAO Ajax. He was also the Head of Diamonds, Gold and Precious Metals at the Ministry of Geology of the USSR. During his tenure at the Ministry of Geology he was responsible for state geological exploration budgets that encompassed the entire Russian Far East, including the Magadan, Khabarovsk, Kamchatka and Chukotka Regions. He was responsible for the discovery of multiple gold and other metal ore deposits, including Kubaka (operated by Kinross 1997 - 2005), Dukat (currently main asset in Polymetal, producing), and Karleveem (main asset of LL Gold, producing).

He was the Head of Technology at TsINGRI, a leading Russian laboratory specializing on the mining industry.
